Jonathan Harker muore vittima del conte Dracula e Lucy, sua fidanzata, viene trasformata in vampiro dal diabolico conte. È il professor Van Helsing a scoprire l'orribile creatura che si cela dietro l'identità di Dracula. A lui si uniscono il fratello di Lucy, Arthur, e sua moglie Mina. Con il loro aiuto Van Helsing avrà alla fine la meglio sul vampiro, disintegrandolo con la luce del giorno.
