Due giovani neolaureati in medicina faticano a trovare un posto di lavoro nella sanità pubblica. Decidono allora di sfruttare la vena salutista che dilaga tra la gente e aprono una clinica per obesi. Il risultato è così disastroso che i due devono chiudere l'attività, ma cadono in piedi: la clinica viene trasformata nel ristorante "Ai due porconi".
