Nel tentativo di salvare il posto di lavoro di un collega e il corso di musica particolarmente amato dagli studenti, un professore di scienze (Kevin James) si propone l’obiettivo di risollevare le casse della scuola in cui insegna, oberata da pressanti debiti fiscali. Decide così di reinventarsi come lottatore di incontri d’arti marziali miste e di mettere a rischio anche la propria incolumità fisica in situazioni che, molto spesso, degenerano solo in rissa.
