Una famiglia abita la casetta di Amityville senza sapere che tra quelle stanze si aggira perfido il demonio in persona. Questi, gradualmente, prende possesso dei corpi, e spinge i giovani Sonny e Patricia, fratello e sorella, ad avere rapporti incestuosi tra loro.
