Dopo aver combattuto per trovare una via di uscita da un edificio pieno di gangster e pazzi, il poliziotto Rama pensava di poter ritornare ad una vita normale ma si sbaglia di grosso: i nemici affrontati, seppur formidabili, erano piccola cosa di fronte ai grossi pezzi della malavita. Per proteggere la moglie e il figlio nenonato, Rama non ha altra scelta che infiltrarsi tra le schiere criminali e tentare di scalarne le gerarchie, iniziando una nuova odissea di violenza. Costretto a metter da parte la propria identità, deve riuscire ad ottenere la fiducia di Uco, figlio del boss di una banda di primo piano, ed entrare nella gang per poterne estirpare le radici dall'interno e denunciare la corruzione che alberga tra le forze di polizia.
