Nell'arco di una settimana la vita di Frank (Richard Coyle), un grosso spacciatore di Londra, prende una piega inaspettata, sfuggendogli di mano. Un affare gli va male e, per non finire intrappolato dalla polizia, Frank si libera della partita di droga che ha appresso ma ciò lo costringe a ricercare i soldi per pagare il suo fornitore. Nessuno sembra però disposto a dargli una mano, gli amici iniziano a scomparire e anche gli affetti più cari lasciano il passo alla cupa violenza. Non avendo più nessuno a cui rivolgersi né un posto dove andare, Frank è un uomo intrappolato nel suo stesso mondo e consapevole dell'inevitabile destino che dovrà affrontare.
