"The Gas Station" racconta le disavventure di una studentessa che fa il turno di notte in una stazione di servizio e che viene molestata da un serial killer. In "Hair", un uomo calvo si fa trapiantare i capelli, ma questi nascondono un orribile segreto. In "The Eye" (l'unico episodio diretto da Hooper) un giocatore di baseball perde un occhio in un incidente e al suo posto gli viene trapiantato quello di un feroce assassino giustiziato sulla sedia elettrica.
