Mentre sta girando un reportage sulla Mesopotamia una troupe televisiva risveglia, senza volerlo, dal suo sonno eterno un vampiro. Passa del tempo e il nosferatu diventa un famoso ed apprezzato regista di film horror sempre in cerca di giovani attori da lanciare. Alle audizioni si presentano quattro giovani che vorrebbero sfondare nel mondo del cinema. Il regista, prima dell'inizio delle riprese, li invita a trascorrere una notte a casa sua. A cena il vampiro rivela la sua vera identità ai suoi ospiti. Ai quattro aspiranti attori non resta altro che ucciderlo prima che sorga l'alba.
