A mettere i bastoni tra le ruote alla coppia c'è però un gruppo di neonazisti, le Vedove Nere, e un poliziotto frustrato. Il nuovo avversario di Philo è il temibile Jack Wilson, ma lui e Jack diventeranno amici e in seguito sconfiggeranno i persecutori. È il sequel di "Filo da torcere" e non dice molto di più nella caratterizzazione dei personaggi principali, stancamente uguali a se stessi.
