Cast: George Hilton, Emanuel Cannarsa, Giuseppe Alotta, Annarita Grapputo, Franco Nebbia, Laura Ferraro
Il commissario Moretti, al fine di arginare le sempre più violente e onnipresenti attività criminose a Torino, si improvvisa giustiziere e travalica il confine della legalità. L'ispettore Danieli, invece, agisce in base al "codice" e tenta di redimere il collega. Il risultato è la nascita di un conflitto interno alla polizia, nel quel diventa sempre più difficile stabilire i concetti di giustizia, legalità ed etica.
