Sulle sue tracce vi sono lo sceriffo Cooper (Malcolm McDowell) e la vice-sceriffo Aubrey Bradimore (Jaime King) ma, con le strade piene di Babbi Natale per la parata annuale, non è facile individuarlo. Mischiato nella folla, l'assassino ha già compilato la lista delle sue vittime ed è pronto a colpire.
