Batman of the Future (Batman Beyond) è una serie televisiva animata statunitense prodotta dalla Warner Bros. Television e creata da Bruce Timm, Paul Dini e Alan Burnett. Andata in onda per la prima volta nel 1999 su Kids' WB, l'ultimo episodio è stato trasmesso nel 2001.
Sono passati molti anni dall'ultima volta che Batman è stato visto in pubblico. Bruce Wayne si è isolato e questo ha dato vita alla rinascita del crimine a Gotham. Dopo aver scoperto l'identità segreta di Bruce, Terry McGinnis, un adolescente dal passato travagliato, decide di indossare il mantello di Batman e con l'aiuto di Bruce cerca di combattere il crimine dando nuova speranza agli abitanti della città.
